Our Vtuber packages usually consist of a fully rigged model, optional poses and expression toggles, and a custom design created according to your requirements.

Artist and rigger assignments are handled internally based on availability and expertise. Requests for specific team members may involve additional fees and longer waiting times.

Yes. We accept both art-only and rig-only commissions for Vtuber models. This option is available for clients who already have existing assets or only require specific parts of the production process. Please note that quality checks and compatibility requirements may apply.

Yes. We provide Splash Art services suitable for promotional visuals, thumbnails, banners, and key illustrations. Splash Art commissions are illustration-only and do not include rigging.

Yes. Our Illustration service covers standalone artworks such as character portraits, half-body, or full-body illustrations for personal or commercial use, depending on the selected license.

Yes. Character Design commissions focus on creating an original character concept, including visual direction, outfit design, and overall aesthetics. This service does not include Live2D rigging unless bundled with a Vtuber package.

Yes. These services can be commissioned independently and are not required to be bundled with a Vtuber model package.

Yes. Revisions are available The number and scope of revisions follow our guidelines stated in the TOS.

Commercial usage depends on the license selected. Please refer to the Reservation of Rights section in our TOS for detailed information.

The completion time depends on the type of service selected. Each service has its own production timeline, which may vary based on complexity and current queue status.

A project manager will contact you on your preferred platform and act as a liaison between you and the assigned artist and rigger, providing updates and collecting feedback.

We primarily use Live2D for rigging.

Yes. PSD and CMO3 source files are sold separately. Please refer to our TOS for detailed terms and conditions.

We do not recommend waiting for specific slots, as reopening dates are unpredictable and fill quickly. If you plan to wait, please follow our updates on Twitter.

Yes, returning clients are welcome. However, while we keep backup source files, future updates cannot be guaranteed due to possible unforeseen circumstances.
